Unlike stocking aluminum railings or other vinyl railing manufacturers, we eliminate the need of dealing with waste from short length off cuts and hard to cut heavy gauge steel components. AlpaRail’s patent pending technology was designed to be manufactured in 6'' increments starting at 0'-6" up to 7'-8" (92") per the maximum O.B.C. (Ontario Building Code) length. So, if you need a 5'-0" piece, you order it. If you need a 2'-6" piece, you order that; it is simple, everything is pre-made and pre-cut. All trimming is done on site when it’s being installed. Our patent pending technology has the strength of aluminum, the beauty of vinyl, and combines them together for easy handling and installation. AlpaRail is a lightweight railing. Our newel post comes pre-packaged with a OBC tested steel insert, vinyl cap, 4”x4” vinyl post sleeve and two-snap decorative skirt. Just order the colour required. Our Columns are lightweight and easy to handle. They also come pre-packaged and sold with a set of bases. All our products can be shipped on pallets as needed.
